These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read carefully.

DISCLAIMER

This event is intended for the sole enjoyment of our guests, therefore any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.  Foul language or bullying will not be permitted at any Kids Dance Revolution event.  All attempts will be made to resolve any issues up to and including involved parties being ejected.

ADMISSION

Each ticket admits one guest.

NO REFUND

All purchases are non-refundable.

 

PRIVACY

Kids Dance Revolution, LLC.  will never sell or share your contact information, or images to any third party entities.​

UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by Kids Dance Revolution owner provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Kids Dance Revolution or KDR trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to the Kids Dance Revolution owner's written consent.

PERFORMERS/ARTISTS/ACTS/PLAYERS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Performers, Artists, Acts, Players are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Kids Dance Revolution staff will make every attempt to get a replacement performer.  No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act, player or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You understand an agree that in no event shall Kids Dance Revolution be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Kids Dance Revolution, LLC. or KDR reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by KDR, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.  KDR may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced by KDR including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.  To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.  A person attending a KDR event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers.  Exemptions letter will be available at each event.
